1. Where do you ship from, and do you deliver to my country?
EU orders are shipped from our German warehouse. We currently serve 18 EU countries. Select your country in the store and enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
During our Black Friday promotion, free shipping is available on eligible EU orders of €58 or more. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout.
3. Which filament should I choose?
PLA is a good starting point for everyday prints and decorative models. PETG suits many practical parts, ASA is an option for outdoor projects, and TPU is designed for flexible prints. Check each product page for printer requirements and recommended settings.
4. Will R3D filament work with my printer?
Check that your printer supports the filament diameter and material you choose. Temperature, enclosure, and nozzle requirements vary by material. Check the product page, or contact us with your printer model for help.
