Returns & Refunds Policy
At R3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you may return items ordered from our Web Store within 14 days of receipt. All returns will be inspected upon arrival.
RETURN PROCESS
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Any warranty claims must be submitted via our official support page. All return requests must be initiated through Customer Support, and the package must be sent to our designated return address. Returns sent without authorization may be lost, and you may be held responsible for such losses.
Your return request email should include:
- The original invoice or order number
- The item’s serial number (if applicable)
- A brief description of the reason for the return, along with clear supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos, or log files)
Customer Support:
Once your return request is received, our Customer Support team will guide you through the process.
Packaging:
To prevent damage during transit, please ensure all returned items are packed in their original box with all original packaging materials. We recommend reusing the packaging in which your items were delivered.
Processing Time:
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please monitor your email and stay in contact to ensure a smooth process.
If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued to reflect any loss in value.
REFUNDS
Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 7 days to appear in your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will cover the value of the returned item(s), minus any applicable taxes, import duties, or shipping fees
- Refunds will be issued in the original purchase currency
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please return it within the return period for a replacement.
For performance issues occurring after the return period but within the warranty period, you may apply for our warranty service.
Product Accessories & Packaging:
All accessories and original packaging must be included with your return. Failure to do so may result in the return being rejected.
Purchases from Authorized Resellers:
If your item was purchased from an authorized reseller, their return policy will apply. Please contact the reseller directly for assistance.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please follow the guidelines below:
Within Two Hours:
Orders can be canceled within two hours of placement via your Account Center by clicking the “Cancel” button (if available).
After Two Hours:
- In-stock items may have already been processed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
- For pre-sale items, please contact Customer Support with any questions or cancellation requests before shipment. We will do our best to assist you.
If your order cannot be canceled, you may still refer to our returns and refunds policy above.
