R3D Launch Reward Promotion Terms
1. Promotion Overview
During the promotion period, eligible customers can receive one complimentary 1KG full-size R3D filament spool with a qualifying R3D filament order.
The free gift will be automatically added to the cart when the campaign conditions are met.
The free gift is available on a first-come, first-served basis while promotional inventory lasts.

Limited to 5,000 complimentary filament spools. Available while supplies last.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion, customers must:
• Purchase at least one eligible paid R3D filament product.
• Complete checkout during the promotion period.
• Ship the order to an eligible region.
The R3D Launch Gift will be automatically added to the cart when the order meets the campaign conditions.
Both guest checkout customers and registered account customers are eligible.
3. How to Participate
To receive the free gift:
Step 1 — Choose Your Filament
Select any eligible paid R3D filament product and add it to your shopping cart.
Step 2 — Free Gift Added Automatically
The R3D Launch Gift will be automatically added to your cart when the campaign conditions are met.
Step 3 — Complete Your Order
Complete your purchase during the promotion period.
Step 4 — Receive Your Gift
The complimentary filament spool will be shipped together with your qualifying order.
4. Free Gift Details
Each qualifying order receives:
1 × FREE 1KG full-size R3D filament spool
The complimentary gift may include:
• PLA Series filaments
• PETG Series filaments
Gift selection depends on available promotional inventory at the time the order is processed.
The complimentary filament spool will have the same standard retail size as regular R3D filament products.
5. Gift Selection Rules
The free gift is selected randomly.
Customers cannot request or customize:
• Material type
• Product series
• Color
• Specific filament model

6. Eligible Regions
This promotion is available only for orders shipped to the following selected European countries:

Orders shipped outside the eligible regions are not qualified for this promotion.
7. Shipping Policy
The complimentary filament spool will not add any additional shipping cost.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the standard R3D shipping policy.
Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders below €99 will be charged a €5 standard shipping fee.
The free gift does not count toward the minimum order value required for free shipping.
8. Returns and Cancellations
If a qualifying order is canceled, returned, or refunded, the complimentary gift must also be returned in unused condition.
Customers are responsible for returning the complimentary gift together with the purchased items.
If the free gift is not returned, R3D reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount where permitted by applicable laws.
9. Exclusions
This promotion does not apply to:
• Wholesale orders
• Distributor orders
• Bulk business purchases
• OEM or custom orders
These orders are not eligible unless otherwise approved by R3D.
Orders shipped outside the eligible countries are not qualified for this promotion.
The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
10. Promotion Changes
R3D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time due to inventory availability, technical issues, or other circumstances.
